How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-4 working days. We also offer a Next Day Delivery service for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday.

Yes, our premium heat-resistant synthetic wigs can be styled with tools up to 160°C. We recommend using a low setting and testing a small strand first to ensure the best results.
What is your return policy for hair extensions and wigs?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if the security seal is intact and the product remains in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt.
How do I choose the right color match?
We offer a free color-matching service. You can email us a photo of your hair in natural light, and our experts will recommend the perfect shade for a seamless blend.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Annabelle's Wigs ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by location but generally take between 5-15 working days depending on the destination.
How should I store my wig when not in use?
To maintain the shape and prevent tangling, we recommend storing your wig on a wig stand or in its original packaging in a cool, dry place.
